Returns & Refunds

Made to order
Every print is produced individually to the size and paper you select, so each one is made to your specification. This affects the change-of-mind return rights below, but it never affects your rights if something is wrong with your order.
Change of mind
Because prints are made to your chosen specification, they are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel that applies to off-the-shelf goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We therefore cannot usually accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose your size and paper carefully, and get in touch before ordering if you are unsure — we are happy to help.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect prints
This is where you are fully protected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a print arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund — including any delivery cost. This applies regardless of the made-to-order nature of the print.
- Please contact us at admin@talesofwanderlust.co.uk as soon as you can, and within 30 days of delivery, with your order details and a photo of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund. Where we ask you to return the item, we cover the return postage.
How refunds are made
Refunds are made to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 14 days of us agreeing that a refund is due.
