Who we are

This website is operated by Tales of Wanderlust Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC811988), trading as “Tales of Wanderlust”. Our registered office is 2/1 8 Bedford Street, Glasgow, G5 9AJ. You can reach us at admin@talesofwanderlust.co.uk.

These terms

By placing an order through this website you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Our prints

Every print is made to order in the UK to the size and paper you choose. Because screens vary, the colour and tone of a print may differ slightly from what you see on your device, and the character of fine art papers means small natural variations are normal — these are not faults.

Prices & payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK delivery.
  • We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
  • Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already confirmed.

How a contract is formed

When you complete checkout you are making an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation email at that point; a binding contract is formed when we accept your order and begin producing your print. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, a pricing error or an item we can no longer supply), we will contact you and refund any payment in full.

Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only. See our Delivery page for timeframes. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations, returns & refunds

Your rights, including for damaged, faulty or incorrect prints, are set out in full on our Returns & Refunds page.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text and design on this website are the property of Tales of Wanderlust Ltd and are protected by copyright. Buying a print gives you the print for personal display only; it does not transfer any copyright, and the images may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without our written permission.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it. Questions? Email admin@talesofwanderlust.co.uk.
